Payroll
Each month we collect, consolidate and validate your employees' payroll changes (overtime, sick leave, vacations, commissions, new hires and departures) and deliver them ready to your accounting team, which processes and pays the payroll. For now we do not offer payroll processing, but we do give you all the information your accounting team needs.
Recruitment
It is included: we will review your recruitment and hiring demand to design the plan that best fits your needs. It includes psychometric tests. It does not include medical exams or background checks, although we integrate that information into the process documentation. Anything beyond what was agreed is quoted separately, depending on the position and its complexity.
What is not included
- Payroll processing and accountingFor now your accounting team handles them; we deliver the payroll changes ready.
- Occupational Health and Safety (SG-SST)It is not part of the service.

What people usually ask us
Can I request recruitment?
Yes. It is included with conditions: we review your recruitment demand, that is, the number of openings you have per month or per year, to design the plan that best fits. Anything beyond that is quoted separately, depending on the position and its complexity.
Does the person dedicate 100% of their time to my company?
No. They work part-time and remotely. If you need on-site presence, we include it in the quote.
Can I cancel at any time?
The contract has a minimum term of one year. After that first year you can cancel whenever you want.
Can I hire the person directly?
Yes, if the person agrees and after completing the first year. Part of our goal is to train human talent professionals with Huvantia's approach.
What if I already have someone in Human Resources?
HRaaS is designed for companies that do not yet have anyone in charge. If you already have a team, tell us about your case to see how we can support you.
How much does it cost?
